Hi, I am getting ready to book a hotel for a week stay in Disney. Since we are flying, we NEED our hotel to have free transportation to the parks. Also, we really want to ensure we get an official hotel so that we can get into Extra Magic Hours at the parks. Do you think it is safe to use Priceline for this type of bidding, or will we have to try another route? Also does anyone know if any of the "Official" WDW hotels on property (like the Hilton or Royal Plaza) offer the Disney...

Bidding for 2 rooms:one from 12/27 to 12/29 and the other 12/27 to 12/30. Through Amazing-Bargains, started bidding for a 4* at $60 zone 5 (Convention Center & Capitol Hill) - rejected. Added zone 13 White House and increased bid to $62, remained at 4*. Bid was successful at $62 for the Liaison Hotel, Capitol Hill. We used to live not far from here, so we are comfortable parking on the street.

I got a little fed up after trying unsuccessfully for days to get a 4* hotel within my limits. It was not happening for $140 or less, which was suprising on a Sunday night. Since I was running out of time, I dropped my stars down to 3 1/2* this morning and I finally got a room.
