Changed to $67 for 2.5* and was accepted (plus $16.06 taxes and fees for a total of $83.06).

Rate for Fairfield Inn is $169 elsewhere.

As you know during summertime all hotels in alaska are terrible expensive , this summer prices are down on PL by 30% .

Ist bid was 3.5 star @ 65 rejected
2nd Bid 3.5 added Wasilla and increased to $75 rejected
3rd bid dropped down to 3* and kept bid at $70 accepted .

Went online cheapest rate for Inlet Towers was $170 / night

This is the cheapest hotel night I've seen in ANC for July or Aug peak season in the last 8 years of using Priceline there.

Others in our group had bids accepted by the same property of $78 a night for 3 nights starting 8/14

Started off $75....rejected. Upped $5/day for next few days until finally accepted. Mixed reviews on Trip Advisor about this hotel so be careful. I will be arriving on a late flight, on my way to Denali. So I needed a hotel for just 1 night.
