Tucson Resort Help

I checked the recent bids for resorts in Tucson and then linked to Priceline from AB link. Their regular page showing hotels they will book for you show resorts in North Tucson and Central Tucson. However when I go to the page to submit a bid for a hotel in those two areas the button for resorts is not active. What does that mean? Not available fro bidding? Any help is appreciated.

Has anyone ever tried, successful or not, to bid on a hotel in Kingman, AZ? I do volunteer work at "Keepers of the Wild" just east of Kingman, in Valentine, AZ, and usually stay in Laughlin. One night. Total charges $67.22 after my initial bid for $46 Tucson Central only failed. I added Tucson East and bumped it to $52, probably should have left it at $46 LOL but this is well within budget and this is actually a decent little hotel. Web site shows $102 "last-mintue" rate, so this is a fair deal.
