I think parking here is $18/nt.

Nice hotel - last stayed here about 4 yrs ago. Hopefully hasn't changed much.

Saw successful bid from Sunday & got for $70.

Tried on Weds:

$75 USE rejected
$81 USE + fishermans wharf rejected
$85 USE+fishermans wharf + marina rejected
$89 USE+fishermans wharf + marina + civic center - rejected

Ending up giving up on USE as price was getting too high & would rebid on 4* SFO

Hope this helps some people with last minute bookings.

Question for parking. Is there any cheaper options? like city lot a few blocks away? As I see it, if we will do in/out a few times during the 24 hr period, we are better off parking at the hotel lot, otherwise, city lot might work. I am not sure street parking situation. After reading bentkom's successful bid (USE, $70 for Grand Hyatt), I did the same last night (I avoided the USW b/c I don't want the Hilton - learned that piece of infor from his post as well). I started $65, $5 increment, at $85, I still did not get it. I was disheartened.

Love this site. Been going here for years and even when I don't bid on travel, I still go through the AB link. I'm looking for some bid assistance and advice for staying in SF.
