Well after two days of trying I finally had success.
Ambassador East Hotel for $70/night, grand total for 3 nights $266.15 including taxes, fees and insurance.

Lowest price on website brought total to $442.

You've failed so far because you're bidding too low. With rates that high at the Hyatt, I doubt even $65 would be successful. I would start over at $70 and bid up to your limit (once you understand free re-bids).
