Read all the posts for 2 1/2 stars hotels in Modesto. The range over the last year was between $35 and $44 for either the Courtyard by Marriott on Sisk Road or the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott on Salida Boulevard. Either hotel works for me since I'll be in the general area of the Vintage Faire mall on Standiford Ave and Sisk Road.
First bid of $35 for two nights rejected. Priceline offered $50, which I rejected.
I rebid $37 by changing the date to just one night. Accepted by Fairfield Inn & Suites. Regular rate at this hotel is $99 per night!
I used the link on the Congratulations page to add a second night at the same price and it was accepted as well by the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
