I used the link. After a couple of days of unsuccessful bidding for Downtown Norfolk (same Priceline area) for 3* at up to $54, I started over with Virginia Beach at 3* and $30. After adding a couple of safety rebid zones, I got the Country Inn for $36. I'm not very encouraged by the Trip Advisor reviews for the place, but we'll see what happens.
The lowest rate on the hotel's website is $99.
