original offer of $175 + tax was counter-offered with $213+tax. The lowest tickets we could find were for Sat morn early departure with layover in charlotte for $279. We did not want to leave from BWI or IAD since we live about 5 min from DCA.
Our tickets turned out to be direct flights with really good times -- depart dca at 7pm on friday // return IAH at 9am on following weds.
We usually only bid on hotels through priceline, but that may have to change.
