Posts: 8 12/05/12 7:45 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Tags : None I just got a successful bid for rental car $16/day + $16.4 insurance. 1/12-1/13 MIA to FLL. Rental company My first bid is $16. I should have gone lower on my first bid . But I was trying out 1/20-1/24, and $16 was NOT accepted, even though I thought it could be lower from reading other past bids. My lesson is: even if the dates are close and I am bidding on the same day, the price they accept still varies... I still need to bid for 1/20-1/24 FLL-MIA...

Bidding strategies should be based on available rates for your exact dates and January is high season in South Florida. Which car size did you bid on?
