It looked as if Springdale was the cheapest zone with the most possibilities. I checked and Express Deals had a $50 3* in Springdale, so I started at $40 for Sprindale and Univ. of AR zones. Received counteroffer of $11 more. Added free re-bid and upped to $45. Accepted here; lowest rate on website is $93. She's very satisfied.
