I started a new bid and tried for a 4* in the Downtown area. I dropped down to a 3* and was successful with a bid of $53 per night for 2 rooms at the Residence Inn in the Downtown Union Hill district. This hotel gets decent reviews on Trip Advisor and includes a free breakfast so we are pleased. I bid through the link on this website. Last Edited By: Sheryl Dec 29 12 11:48 PM. Edited 1 time.

Your issue was the Saturday checkin where the best deals usually come at the last minute. I think you bid a little too high for a 3* too far in advance. Please place all of your Priceline bids through our Priceline link. Please check rates at Hotwire and make your bookings through our Hotwire link.
