The level of cleanliness at this hotel makes it unsuitable to sell rooms via Priceline. How should I go about complaining to Priceline? I am not the first person to complain about this hotel. If you read the TripAdvisor reviews, it gets bashed repeatedly. Thanks.

Upon my arrival, I had to wait over 25 minutes for check-in, as only one desk clerk was on duty. I had just arrived from a 5 hour flight, and it was almost midnight PDT, so my body's time was 3 a.m. (EDT, as I live on the East Coast). I was assigned a room in the "Fountain Wing" on the far side of the property. I found the hallways and my room to be moldy and very unclean, especially the carpets, towels and bedding. The bathroom also had mold and stains. In the morning, the room warmed over 80 degrees despite the window A/C's being set to the coldest setting. The Furama Hotel was won as a bid for a 2* hotel. Your website says, "Priceline's 2 star hotels are national name brand and quality independent hotels known for their consistent quality. These hotels provide basic amenities and services and clean and comfortable accommodations." There was nothing clean or comfortable about the Furama Hotel. After I visited, I checked some message boards (most notably Tripadvisor.com), and the Furama had consistently bad reviews. The Furama was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I will avoid using Priceline in the future to make sure I do not get assigned hotels like the Furama. I am requesting two things. The first is a refund for my one night's stay at the Furama, as the clean and comfortable accommodations promised were not delivered. The second request is that the Furama Hotel be banned from participating in Priceline. This is not the first complaint about this hotel, and such hotels bring down the Priceline brand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I got a call this afternoon from Priceline apologizing for the inconvenience and informing me that I will be refunded in full for that night's stay.

I, too, have run across the occasional "dog", but find that overall good experiences outweigh a few negative ones. I hope you find the same to be true in the future! Perhaps this message board will assist you in avoiding future unpleasantness.
