I live in Torornto but am considering flying from Buffalo to Tokyo by bidding on Priceline. I have heard this can be done, do you need a U.S. address? How does Priceline issue tickets - e-tickets or paper tickets? If they are e-tickets that would be simple enough, if paper tickets I suppose I would heve to have them sent to a friend in the U.S. and then mailed to me.
Has anyone in Canada done this, can you offer any advice? Are the saving s worth it?

You have to have a U.S. billing address. Etickets are issued when available which is almost always. Priceline rarely offers any savings on travel to Asia.
