I complained to Priceline who insisted that it was a 2 star property rated by AAA and other web travel services. When I arrived at this hotel it seemed dark and dirty on the busy road to the airport. Their website promised free high speed Internet access and heated pool. The hotel has never had high speed Internet access although dial up was available with free local calls for the first 30 minutes. And the pool was closed for repairs. The room was basic with pretty cheap looking furnishings. Their TV had a nice array of local and cable channels. I called Priceline travel services to complain and they called the hotel to see if they would refund my money. They agreed and I got out there. I hope Priceline dumbs this hotel from their service. I got a 2* La Quinta Inn for one night during my Las Vegas stay and it was a 100 times better in Quality.
