We arrived early, around noon, and were allowed to check in even though their check-in time is 3:00pm. The staff was very courteous and everyone is very quick to ask if you need help. I received a room with two double beds as I requested, and the entire hotel is non-smoking. The room was nice, nothing special, with a fridge and desk. Internet is $9.95 per 24 hours. Bathroom had a weird pocket door that didn't lock.
We definitely got the dreaded "Priceline" room. The hotel is at least 15 stories, but our room was on the 2nd floor, facing the highway, among conference rooms and other things. There was a fair amount of noise from the highway, and our room overlooked a part of roofing where workers had left trash bags of debris. Beginning at around 10:30pm, there were two LOUD noises going on - one was the sound of a commercial washing machine chugging along just down the hall, and one was what sounded like bowling balls being dropped on the floor above us. Fortunately I was exhausted enough to ignore these, and when I awoke in the middle of the night everything was quiet. Light sleepers might want to avoid this place.
Check-out was easy to accomplish by calling the desk before we left. They did ask if everything was okay and if anything could have improved our stay, but I was in a hurry so didn't mention the problems.
