It located in DT area. We didn't have car, so we walked to waterfront, fisherman's warf and to Pacific Cost Line bus depot to take bus to Vancouver. They are all quite accessable.
Hotel is more like a boutique suite hotel, small but quite charming. We were on the 3rf floor. The 2nd floor is under renovation. Not too much security around b/c we saw all kinds of people walking in and out the hotel (construction workers, hotel personnel friends, etc.) and our luggages were stored in a room w/o tickets (this was before our room was ready), door left open carelessly.
No free local call, no internet peroid. The queen size bed is more like our full size bed. Service is OK. We got there at 11 AM but room was not ready. Had to go back at 3 PM to get into the room. Room was clean and quiet. Nice bathroom with soft towels.
