Instead, I went back, added Oakland as a possible destination, bid $150 and got it. With taxes and fees, the two tickets total $399.70. I got the very flights I had been eyeing earlier on American's Web site, which would have cost a total of $480.80. We depart Saturday from Columbus at 1:05 pm, connect through Dallas and arrive in San Francisco at 5:30 pm. We leave Thursday from San Francisco at 1 pm, connect through Dallas and arrive home in Columbus at 11 pm. I used the a-b link.
